How do we process your form data?
Controller and contact. RUSH Logistics sp. z o.o., ul. Płaszowska 21, 30-713 Kraków, Tax ID (NIP) 6793318756. For personal data enquiries: biuro@rushpartner.pl.
Purpose and legal basis. We process your first name, last name, email, optional phone number and message to respond and conduct correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Where you ask about entering into a contract, necessary steps taken at your request are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Providing data is voluntary; required fields allow us to identify and answer your enquiry. A phone number is not required. Please do not send copies of identity documents or data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Storage and retention. Your message is stored in the website administration panel and sent to our business email. We retain data while handling and closing the enquiry. If it documents a contract, complaint or dispute, necessary data may be retained until the applicable limitation period expires. The form entry does not store your IP address or device information; the server may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Recipients. Authorised RUSH personnel and providers of hosting (Hostinger), email and technical support may access data as needed to provide their services. If a provider uses subcontractors outside the EEA, transfers require safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for information about specific safeguards and a copy of them.
Your rights. Where the GDPR provides for them, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not use this form for solely automated decision-making, including profiling.
