Terms for using the RUSH information website, exchange-rate table and currency converter.
1. Website and service provider
The website at rushpartner.pl is operated by RUSH Logistics spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a Polish limited liability company with its registered office at ul. Płaszowska 21, 30-713 Kraków, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6793318756, National Court Register number (KRS) 0001147419, and share capital of PLN 30,000.00. The company is entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
Exchange office address (customer service): ul. Walerego Sławka 16C/LU2, 30-633 Kraków. The exchange office address differs from the company’s registered office.
Contact: biuro@rushpartner.pl, +48 574 584 888, or by post to the registered office: ul. Płaszowska 21, 30-713 Kraków, Poland.
These terms apply to use of the website. They do not govern entering into or performing currency exchange agreements, processing transfers or other services carried out outside the website’s functions.
2. Website functions
We provide information about RUSH, contact details and bank accounts, NBP reference mid-market exchange rates and a currency converter free of charge. No registration is required.
The website does not accept currency exchange orders, maintain user accounts or process payments. Viewing a rate, using the converter or copying a bank account number does not place or confirm an exchange order. Details of a planned exchange must be agreed directly with RUSH.
3. NBP rates and currency converter
We display mid-market rates from table A published by Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP), Poland’s central bank. These are not the buying or selling rates used by RUSH, nor an offer to enter into a currency exchange agreement. The RUSH rate, currency availability and other terms must be agreed separately.
The date shown with the table is the publication date of the NBP data. On days without a new publication, the latest available table is displayed. If a temporary data retrieval problem occurs, previously saved rates may be displayed with a notice. If no data is available, the converter does not show a result.
The converter gives an estimate based on NBP mid-market rates, with the displayed amount rounded. It does not take into account an individual RUSH rate, the spread or any settlement costs. The result is not investment advice or confirmation of the amount due in a transaction.
4. Requirements and rules of use
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. The automatic rate table, converter and account-copying function require JavaScript. Sending a message through an email link requires your own email service. Internet and telephone charges depend on your agreement with your service provider.
Content is provided at your request when you open the website, and a tool is provided when you start using it. You may stop using the website at any time by closing it or ceasing to use its functions, without notice or fees.
You must not provide unlawful content, infringe other people’s rights, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation.
Using the internet involves risks including phishing and malware. Check the website address and keep your browser updated. RUSH does not request online banking passwords, authorisation codes or payment card details through the rate table or converter.
5. Bank accounts
The “Bank accounts” page shows the holder, bank, currency and number of each account. Before making a transfer, contact RUSH to agree the terms, amount and correct account. Publishing an account number does not set exchange terms or confirm acceptance of an order.
6. Availability and liability
We take care to keep the website working correctly and its information accurate. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, faults or unavailability of the external rate source. You can report problems to biuro@rushpartner.pl.
The service provider’s liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights under mandatory law.
7. Complaints about the website
You may submit a complaint about the website or its tools to biuro@rushpartner.pl or by post to the service provider’s address. Describe the problem, state when it occurred and provide an address for our reply. A screenshot or browser information may help but is not required.
We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by email or to the postal address provided. This procedure concerns the website’s operation; it does not replace the complaint rules for a separately agreed transaction.
8. Privacy and external content
Questions about personal data processing and privacy may be sent to biuro@rushpartner.pl.
Links to NBP and maps lead to external services. Once you visit them, their operators’ terms and privacy information apply.
9. Access to and changes to these terms
These terms are available free of charge on the website. You may print or save them using your browser.
Changes may result from changes to the website’s functions, technical solutions or law. A new version will be published with its effective date and will apply to website use from that date, without affecting rights already acquired. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, while preserving mandatory consumer protections.
